Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a field marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet targets.
• Actively participate in daily field marketing efforts, leading by example in the field.
• Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to help the team succeed.
• Monitor and analyze field marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of lead generation efforts.
• Maintain a positive and energetic team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high morale.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field marketing or a similar field, with a strong track record of success.
• Previous experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Willingness to be in the field daily, leading field marketing efforts hands-on.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
