Blackstone Shooting Sports is a state of the art shooting range and retail firearm store located in Charlotte, NC. With the ability to shop, shoot, train, and even entertain, Blackstone is a destination for first time shooters and experts alike. We are looking to add passionate and knowledgeable team players who are committed to our mission of delivering a best-in-class entertainment experience for all.

Our Guest Service Admin team handles the majority of our inbound telephone calls, web chats, emails, and ensures that our guests' receive friendly, prompt, and accurate information while keeping a sales mentality. The Guest Service team also coordinates events by preparing quotes and scheduling. Along with having a strong affinity for guest services, the ideal candidate will also:

  • Understand, and be able to explain Blackstone's offerings, services, and products.
  • Understand and adhere to ATF regulations. (Don't worry, we will teach you!)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with various transactional processes within a guest's account.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to all web-based inquiries.
  • Find the correct answer/s to guest inquiries (Inventory Check, Membership, Range, etc.)
  • Update guest profiles, membership billing info, and reschedule classes & private instruction sessions.
  • Processing payment for layaways and special orders.
  • Prepare event quotes in a timely manner.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate party.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Respond to radio messages from fellow team members.
  • Contact vendor support for issues (power, security, IT, POS software, etc.)
  • Assemble new member and new firearm informational packets.
  • General administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Windows and point-of-sale softwares.
