Customer Relations Representative

ACCRUE SELECT is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. You should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Resolving customer complaints or issues
• Assisting customers with product information and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of product/service offerings and industry standards
