Career Changer?
If you are looking for a career change and want to work at a place that values people, strong work ethic and where your hard work is directly correlated to your earnings and advancement, then let’s talk!
Inceed is an elite provider of professional staffing services focused on the IT and Finance & Accounting verticals.
No experience in our field? That’s good…we prefer to not hire from our competitors. We’d rather invest in and develop our own team.
We are looking for people-centric, energetic, hardworking people to join our team regardless of the industry you come from. Our company is filled with top performers who used to be teachers, coaches, professional athletes, recent graduates and people that came from industries like retail, financial services, hospitality and dozens of other fields.
Are you curious about the opportunities and responsibilities associated with Account Management, Business Development and Sales at Inceed? If yes, read on…
What It Is:
- Selling the Services of a Staffing Firm: In a nutshell, if you can get companies to use our staffing consulting solutions, we’ll give you money.
- A Foot in the Door: We mentioned we prefer to not hire from competitors. We don’t operate like them, so we don’t want to bring any of that culture here. Instead we develop and/or promote from within.
- Clean slate: We prefer you not to have any experience in the recruiting world. We’ll teach you what you need to know. You bring stuff like a strong work ethic, integrity, smarts, and a gag reflex for drama and office politics and we’ll be off to a good start.
- Sustainable: Of course you’ll have to learn the job. But we know you need to live on something other than Ramen noodles while you learn, so we pay a responsible base plus commission.
- A Chance to Make Big Bucks: We’re not going to say “unlimited” because, well, you want a life outside of work, right? But the earning curve is seriously steep. Work hard and you’ll be rewarded. Lots.
- A Chance to Make a Difference: That’s not cheesy, it’s true. As a staffing firm, we literally help other people change their lives by finding them a better situation, a more promising job, greater compensation for their family …
- Training: The first TWO weeks of training is at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, OK. This full immersion experience includes multiple one-on-one sessions with key leaders across the company and is meant to cement our core values about how we treat and serve people (each other, our customers and the people we help find new jobs).
What It’s Not:
- 9 to 5: It’s more flexible than that. Many here choose to work from either 7:30-5:30 or 8-6 and take every other Friday off (that’s like 26 Fridays a year). Or you can choose M-F 8-5 or M-F 7:30-4:30. Three great options that offer some flexibility!
- Success at the Expense of Others: We work crazy hard to make a bundle and get promoted. But we’re all on the same team, so we support each other.
- Cushy: Not going to lie, we give—and expect—110%. But we make it fun. We’re a competitive bunch, winning bonuses, trips to Cabo, time off and more. It’s hard work. But somehow, it’s awesome.
- 10 Layers of Bureaucracy: We’ve got smart people around here. So we don’t bury them under a blanket of middle management. Wanna talk to the partners? Do it.
- High Turnover: We must be doing something right. People come. People tend to stay.
