Full Job Description
This is a contract role for a Technical Support Specialist. Must have experience with SCCM-Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (now MCM-Microsoft Configuration Manager) for imaging machines and CompTIA A+ certification. This is an on-site, six month contract role located in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area and be available M-F 9-5. Must have excellent attendance and attitude.
Requirements
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing imaging and deployment of windows 10/11 computers, and setting up new computer work stations. Their will be work stations that need to be broken-down and moved to another location. They will use their analytical skills to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a 6 month contract position, with possibility of more after completed.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience with imaging/deployment with SCCM
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in customer support
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in networking is a plus
- Associate degree in a relevant field or work experience
