Full Job Description
The Talent Acquisition team at Gersh Autism manages the candidate experience and the complete recruitment process. We advise and consult with hiring teams and interview panels in deep and meaningful ways. The Talent Acquisition team also works closely with the broader Human Resources group. This role will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition.
About the job
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing assessment capabilities to build talent pipelines
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- While working within our existing recruitment process, recommend fresh ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
About you
- We're looking for a recruiter who approaches their work with passion and purpose
- You have an ability to attract, screen, interview and prepare candidates for success in our recruiting process
- You have an eye for talent, can review candidate portfolios and make clear recommendations to your hiring managers
- You have demonstrated experience using creative techniques to uncover and attract a diverse and robust candidate pool
- Ability to work independently and thoughtfully, and be a true advisor to the hiring teams and recruiters you support
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Creative recruiting experience required, and the ability to identify and engage accomplished candidates across multiple disciplines
- Ability to translate our plans to recruitment strategies and partner effectively with leadership to prioritize and staff plan
