Job Overview:
The Support Services Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our participants by providing essential support services. This position involves coordinating resources, assisting program participants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our support services within MusicBreeds.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participant Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, assisting them with inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.
2. Resource Coordination: Identify and coordinate necessary resources and support services for participants, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to succeed.
3. Program Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and staff to develop and deliver support services that align with program goals and participant needs.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of participant interactions, resource allocations, and service delivery metrics for reporting and evaluation purposes.
5. Outreach and Engagement: Assist in outreach efforts to promote support services and engage participants in available programs.
6. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for participants, covering topics such as career development, personal growth, and creative skills.
7. Community Partnerships: Collaborate with external organizations and community partners to enhance support services and expand resource availability for participants.
8. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support services or coordinator role, preferably within a non-profit or arts organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse populations.
