A Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting sales teams by managing Contract generations, Regulatory Compliance, processes, tools, and data that help optimize sales performance.
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for streamlining and supporting the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing sales data, developing reports, improving sales processes, and ensuring that sales teams have the tools and information they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at working collaboratively across teams.
What you will do:
- End-to-End Contract Management support - Requires working with various Sales stakeholders, Accounting and legal to ensure the contract is within compliance as it relates to B2B, Local and ROW requirements
- Service Order development and execution - Requires working with Netsuite team and Global fin ops to ensure accounting practices are adhered to during the Service Order capturing process
- Service ticket management and triage
- Data management:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Netsuite and all internal/external customer impacting platforms)
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic decision-making
- Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Document and implement sales workflows and best practices
- Technology and Tools Management:
- Support the Administration of existing tools used and optimize sales tools, including CRM platforms and sales enablement software as subject matter expert/user
- Training: Support all training needs related to changes in the tools we use and or process updates/changes
- As needed;
- Collaboration with cross functional teams as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to align goals and processes impacting Sales
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate adherence to regulatory requirements
- Additional Support as needed:
- Manage and resolve operational issues that impact the sales team
- Provide administrative support for sales initiatives, campaigns, and projects
We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. Our preference is for candidates based on the East Coast or those open to any location but willing to align with East Coast hours.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) and sales analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Familiarity with sales methodologies
• Knowledge of sales incentive programs and commission structures

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1 $88,000 - $110,000
- Region 2 $80,000 - $100,000
- Region 3 $75,000 - $94,000
