OZ Digital LLC is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.   • Proactively identify and escalate customer issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records and case documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
  • High level of empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate customer needs.
