Full Job Description
Role Overview:
As the agency recruiter, your role will be crucial in pinpointing, attracting, and securing the best talent to fuel our company's growth and service offering for our clients. Collaborating closely with our Director of People, you'll support our staffing requirements, source approved candidates for hire (primarily through cold outreach), lead initial interviews, and facilitate the candidate's journey through our multi-stage interview process. Your proficiency will not only attract top-tier candidates but also guarantee a seamless and compelling experience for each candidate.
Salary Range:
$90k to $110k with additional spot bonus initiatives tied to employee retention
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Design and keep updated job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Manage our employer branding and candidate experience across LinkedIn, GlassDoor, Workable and other online sources.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Manage scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases in Workable, posting job ads, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), with a minimum of 5 years in recruitment).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
- Experience with recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods.
- Outstanding ability to plan and implement candidate sourcing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build relationships.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is required.
