Requirements
Role Overview:
As the Product Manager for Data & Analytics at Atria, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we utilize data to enhance our member experience and operational efficiency. In this critical role, you will spearhead initiatives to structure, analyze, and interpret vast amounts of clinical, operational, and financial data, transforming it into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Leveraging AI, you will enhance our data processes to predict outcomes and personalize member care more effectively. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing our care delivery systems and improving patient outcomes by making data accessible and actionable across the organization. By developing advanced analytics frameworks and tools, you will enable Atria to maintain its leadership in delivering premier, data-driven preventative healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage tools and systems to collect, store, and analyze member, clinical, and operational data.
- Design and implement data schemas to track member activities throughout their lifecycle with Atria.
- Create self-service data tools and capabilities to empower non-technical teams to extract and utilize data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance data analysis processes, improving the predictability and accuracy of our insights and driving innovative solutions to complex challenges
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong technical proficiency with data analysis/analytics tools and platforms including GCP, Snowflake, Tableau or other data visualization tools, and Mixpanel or other product analytics tools
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production
- Expertise in SQL with a proven ability to write high-quality, efficient SQL queries
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as machine learning models and natural language processing to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for presenting data findings in a clear and effective manner.
Success Outcomes:
- Seamlessly integrate multiple data sources into a cohesive and efficient analytics framework that is robust, scalable, and easily accessible to various teams.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide insightful and actionable information, leading to measurable improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Implement AI-driven tools and processes that enhance data analysis capabilities, significantly increasing the speed and accuracy of data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate a company-wide initiative to improve data literacy among non-technical staff, enabling them to make informed decisions based on self-service analytics tools.
Salary: $170,000 - $190,000
