For one of our clients, we are looking for a Partner Manager - System Integrator, remotely from the USA or Canada.

As a Partner Manager - System Integrator, you will play a key role in developing and executing a strategic SI partnership program. You will identify, recruit, and onboard boutique and specialist firms, growing the ecosystem to include larger global system integrators. By equipping partners with the necessary training and resources, you will enable them to successfully sell and implement cutting-edge AI-native vector database solutions. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless integration of SI partners into the sales cycle while driving revenue growth through strong relationships and performance tracking.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement a System Integrator strategy, focusing on boutique firms and expanding to larger GSIs.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners aligned with the company's vision and market objectives.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to partners to enhance their ability to sell and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate partners into the sales cycle and execute joint initiatives.
  • Set ambitious targets and foster strong partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish KPIs and track partner performance to ensure the effectiveness of the SI program.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, alliances, or business development within the technology ecosystem, focusing on System Integrators.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships.
  • Experience with Modern Data Stack, Search, AI, and Cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Background in a fast-paced and growing database or tech company.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales instinct with the ability to uncover new opportunities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experience working across teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
