Ultimate Care NY is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team!
The Operations Specialist will play a vital role in the organization by investigating our processes, policies, and procedures and pointing the way forward by providing solutions focused efficient solutions to operational, technology, and support team issues and inefficiencies. This role is an extension of the Project Management Organization and reports directly to the Regional Director of Business Optimization. This role not only orchestrates project work, but picks up slack and participates meaningfully in projects were needed to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met.
The ideal candidate will be curious, highly organized, and possess strong written communication skills. While formal project management experience or certification is not required, a passion for learning and improving operational processes is essential and call center leadership experience is required.
You will:
- Lead and organize various projects within different areas of our home care operations, technology, and support teams.
- Provide thorough analysis of findings and actionable recommendations based on project outcomes.
- Present project results and recommendations to senior leadership, both formally and informally.
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Influence and contribute to the development of operational policies to improve service delivery.
You will have:
- 3+ years leading high performing teams in call center settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally between departments, remove silos, delegate work, and motivate individuals.
- A strong understanding of successful and scalable call center operations processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about our operations processes, policies, and issues.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional professional written communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Home care or home health care specific experience is not required.
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hybrid (approx. 1 day a week in Brooklyn + or - as needed)
Salary: $70,000-$85,000 per year
Qualified candidates may be located in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Connecticut, provided they are within a reasonable commuting distance to our Brooklyn office.
