The Role Overview:

The National Accounts Assistant Manager will work with the Speciality business including Sephora US, Sephora CA and Sephora at Kohl’s. They will support the commercial team and be a liaison between cross functional teams internally as well as externally with the retailer’s buying/planning teams. They are responsible for assisting the AVP and Senior Manager on the team, and lead with reporting, assortment file updates, communications within the Charlotte Tilbury organization regarding the accounts, and be in close contact with the retailers with updates on new product information, product changes, shipping updates, and VM/event planning coordination. This role requires the assistant manager to build strong partnerships with everyone they work with, both internally and externally. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as our business continues to grow. Strong follow up and time management skills are needed.  

 

The position is based in New York City (hybrid)

Reporting Relationships: Reports to AVP of National Accounts

Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Role Accountabilities:

· Pull, format and analyse weekly sales reports, maintain sales trackers, monitor stock constraints to effectively react to business trends.

· Manage internal product set up forms and retailer product upload systems (Riversand).

· Manage all Monthly rank and productivity communications and send internal recaps to cross-functional teams.

· Ensure retailer activation calendar is fully up to date and any modifications are communicated to the Account Lead, Field Team and Marketing.

· Partner with Account lead to project manage all retail activities- working closely with marketing teams to create and execute online and in store programs.

· Partner with Customer Supply Chain team to ensure all retailers have up to date shipping information, are notified of any product changes, and can advise if there are any edits to the plans.

· Assist AVP in budgeting and retail sales forecasting.

· Own assortment files by Axe/fixture type and manage excel file updates to Sephora. Evaluate productivity by shelf to ensure optimal B&M assortment.  

· Communicate with Demand Planning team on any assortment changes to gondola or in-store product placement to ensure proper stock coverage.

· Manage market appointments and assist in all aspects of Market preparation, including drafting market presentations, maintaining meeting minutes, owning follow up items.

· Collaborate with Creative Team on all Instore Visual event executions, assortment updates, and secondary exposures.

Kick off all creative briefs for in-store and corporate animations and events.

Partner with Marketing and Events Team on all sampling and retailer led event planning to ensure seamless execution.

· Lead Sephora Favorites Kit and Multi-branded sampling bag strategy, pitching, and execution.

 

Requirements

·  2-3 years of experience in a national accounts/e-commerce/buying/planning role

· Strong retail math comprehension: understanding of key retail metrics, including sell thru, open to buy, weeks of supply, and margin.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to create sales performance reports

· Proficient in Excel and PPT

· Prior experience working with Nordstrom, Revolve is preferred but not necessary

· Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Proactive follow-up skills

· Strong work ethic accompanied by a desire to grow with the company

· Team Player and can do attitude

· Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
