National Accounts Assistant Manager

The Role Overview:

The National Accounts Assistant Manager will work with the Speciality business including Sephora US, Sephora CA and Sephora at Kohl’s. They will support the commercial team and be a liaison between cross functional teams internally as well as externally with the retailer’s buying/planning teams. They are responsible for assisting the AVP and Senior Manager on the team, and lead with reporting, assortment file updates, communications within the Charlotte Tilbury organization regarding the accounts, and be in close contact with the retailers with updates on new product information, product changes, shipping updates, and VM/event planning coordination. This role requires the assistant manager to build strong partnerships with everyone they work with, both internally and externally. The National Accounts Assistant Manager will work with the department store businesses which include: Nordstrom, Revolve, Cosbar, and potential new distribution. They will support the commercial team and be a liaison between cross functional teams internally as well as externally with the retailer’s buying/planning teams. They are responsible for assisting the Account lead with reporting, communications within the Charlotte Tilbury organization regarding the accounts, and be in close contact with the retailers with updates on new product information, product changes, shipping updates, and event planning coordination. This role requires the assistant manager to build strong partnerships with everyone they work with. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as our business continues to grow. Strong follow up skills are needed.
