Full Job Description

The Assistant Manager, National Accounts will work on Specialty Retail Account - Ulta. They will support the commercial team and be a liaison between cross functional teams internally: Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Event, Education, and Field teams. As well as externally with the retailer’s buying/planning teams. They are responsible for assisting the Account lead with reporting, communications within the Charlotte Tilbury organization regarding the accounts, and be in close contact with the retailers with updates on new product information, product changes, shipping updates, and Market prep . This role requires the assistant manager to build strong partnerships with everyone they work with. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as our business continues to grow. Strong follow-up skills are needed.  

Reporting Relationships: Reports to National Accounts, AVP.

Salary: $80,000- $90,000

Role Accountabilities:

- Pull, format and analyse weekly sales reports, maintain sales trackers, monitor stock constraints to effectively react to the business.

- Analyse weekly and monthly selling reports and be prepared to offer suggestions based on customer need and availability.

- Communicate with buying office counterparts on matters relating to PO confirmations, shipping status and sales.

- Manage internal product set up forms and retailer facing item set up form

- Own retailer.com site auditing to ensure full portfolio is featured with the correct msrp/asset

- Ensure retailer promo calendar is fully up to date and any modifications are communicated to the Account Lead, Field Team and Marketing.

- Partner with Account lead to project manage all retail activities- working closely with trade marketing and content marketing teams to create and execute online and in store programs.

- Partner with Customer Supply Chain team to ensure all retailers have up to date shipping information, are notified of any product changes, and can advise if there are any edits to the plans.

- Support with RA/RTV logging process and ensure compliance of RTV’s.

- Manage market appointments and assist in all aspects of Market preparation, including drafting market presentations, maintaining meeting minutes, owning follow up items

- Collaborate with Creative Team on all Instore Visual event executions, updates, and new store openings.

- Partner with Marketing & Events Team on all Dept Store Marketing / Events to ensure seamless execution

- Manage all Monthly ranking communications.

Requirements

·       2-3 years of experience in a national accounts/e-commerce/buying/planning role

·       Strong retail math comprehension: understanding of key retail metrics, including sell thru, open to buy, weeks of supply, and margin.

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to create sales performance reports

·       Proficient in Excel and PPT

·       Prior experience working with Ulta is preferred but not necessary

·       Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

·       Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

·       Proactive follow-up skills

·       Strong work ethic accompanied by a desire to grow with the company

·       Team Player and can-do attitude

·       Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
