NeuGroup Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our marketing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, lead NeuGroup social media communications, market our meetings and events, conduct market research and analysis and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategy and implement marketing roadmap initiatives consistent with the NeuGroup brand.
• Develop and manage Marketing program budget.
• Own NeuGroup social media channels and website to promote thought leadership, products, services, meetings, and events.
• Talented and creative in writing, editing, and designing posts and ads, emails, and other collateral
• Create and manage marketing campaigns through social media and other communication channels to include recognition of D&I and other celebrations through out the year.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and lead project teams by influence. Stay abreast of competitors and prepare/revise Market position assessment annually.
• Manage key relationships and business development initiatives to successfully promote new peer groups onto the NeuGroup platform.
• Lead new member acquisition targets and process to acquire new members into our network. Adept and experienced at using tools and messaging to create and execute nurture-based programs.
• Develop marketing materials and collateral including sales and marketing decks
• Analyze and report on marketing initiative performance e.g., SEO performance, ROI, open rates, volume of connections, conversion percentages etc.

Qualifications:

• Proven marketing skills and track record demonstrating an ability to strategize and execute marketing plans effectively
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead by influence
• Writing and editing of promotional copy and creative use of text, graphics, and images
• Ability to lead project teams and manage relationships

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Marketing
• 3+ years’ experience working in a Marketing function for a financial services company serving corporate and institutional clients
• Experience with marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Canva, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and social media channels or similar
• Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions or Treasury and Trade solutions offered to corporate treasuries, including working capital, liquidity, lending and depository services
• Excellent writing and communication skills (Samples will be requested)
• High proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, XLS
• Demonstrated project management skills
