Full Job Description
Full time Marketing Coordinator in a fast paced, growth oriented, ever-changing environment. Strategic, technical, design and creative skills and experience. This role is right for a take-charge person who is creative, project and detail driven. Responsible for creating, deploying, maintaining and analyzing marketing strategies, campaigns, budgets, content and messaging, this person will deliver measurable, cost-effective results and new target prospects, increasing brand awareness and Client satisfaction, through continuous direct, outreach programs and efforts. A broad range of marketing experience is required from strategy to execution. This person will assist with annual marketing plans and manage budgets, execute plans against specific goals, assist Sales, perform outreach to capture new prospects, and improve client interactions.
The right person will have demonstrated experience in and be responsible for:
- Setting, aligning, and reaching specific goals and results in line with Company objectives.
- Improving targets and new lead creation.
- Creating/managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch, including strategic development, creative development, deployment, enacting: email, digital, social advertising.
- dentification of best Prospects, enacting marketing strategies, tactics and analyzing resulting marketing data, to tailor future marketing plans and expand market presence.
- Creation/maintenance of sales / marketing materials: email, print, video, digital, social media, etc. • Creation/maintenance and monthly updates of web site & content.
- Proactive use/management of Constant Contact & other marketing platforms.
- Strong use of LinkedIn for prospecting & business promotion.
- Growth/maintenance of Prospect and Client contact database.
- Project management & execution of Marketing/Sales driven projects.
- Marketing materials: order, inventory, branded product sheets/sell sheets, give-aways.
- Conferences/Event plans and execution: agenda, schedule meetings, presentations, booth layout/setup, shipping, travel/accommodations, contracts, etc.
- Proactive support of the Sales team: new lead generation, customer relationship management, sales/marketing activities. • Summarizing action items, updating monthly action plans, completing tasks for on time delivery. • Working independently, proactively, on multiple projects, prioritizing efforts and ensuring process followed, projects completed on time and budget. • Accountability for quality execution and delivery of initiatives.
- Planning/sponsoring monthly educational webinars.
- Proactively meet goals and objectives.
- Approach business challenges from a strategic perspective, including thinking differently, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and attention-to-detail.
- Analyzing, developing, presenting Marketing results weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.

• 3+ Years Direct Marketing & Sales Experience
• Highly analytical; the ability to analyze results and drive to outcomes
• Demonstrated finance acumen & successful budget management
• Software Marketing experience
• Marketing in B2B Channels
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, excellent administrative skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Strong content creation & management
• Strong use of Social Media
• Webinar promotion/use of Go-To-Webinar
• Google analytics experience
• Creation/editing of product videos and marketing pieces
• Website update & maintenance.
• Negotiation skills
• Strong team player
• Self-starter, ability to work in teams and independently
• Proficiency with Windows and IOS operating systems
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Travel required
Direct Marketing Experience: 3+ Years
Education: Bachelors of Science or higher in Marketing
