Full Job Description
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing entire projects from proposal through to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. You will lead project teams, mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates, and play a critical role in shaping client deliverables and strategic recommendations. This position requires an individual who can balance multiple projects, guide strategic discussions, and drive innovation in research approaches.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, with a focus on life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
