Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist --Full Time-Remote
Role: Utilizing Hubspot and hyper-focused campaign cadences/strategies to amplify and generate interest in Cognition Controls Climate and Fridge Freezer solutions into the Quick Serve Restaurant/Retail industry. Qualify leads for actionability.

Primary Function: The Cognition Control’s Lead Generation Specialist primary responsibility is identifying and cultivating potential customers. Your mission is to generate and qualify actionable leads that can be passed on to the sales team for conversion.
We are looking for a super talented, driven individual to join the team as we continue to expand. Experience with IoT or HVAC centric SaaS is a huge plus but not a requirement.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Data Research and List Building: Our Lead Generation Specialist will be tasked with researching and building lists of potential customers based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, job function, and location.
- Hubspot Campaign Development and Execution: The Lead Generation Specialist will use Hubspot to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to reach potential customers through various channels such as email, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead Qualification and Nurturing: The Lead Generation Specialist will qualify leads by verifying their interest and authority to purchase, and nurtures them to a CTA by socializing relevant and timely information.
- Lead Scoring and Handoff: They will score leads in Hubspot based on their behavior and engagement, and hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further conversion.
- Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies for better results.
Background/Requirements
- 1+ year Experience configuring and using Hubspot Campaigns to drive amplification cadences in B2B SaaS or like technology solutions sales
- Experience supporting SaaS sales teams in similar type role
- Comfortable speaking on phone and engaging with prospects
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Practical knowledge of sales funnel stages
- Technology savvy, including online tools (Google Meet or like)
- You communicate effectively, both internally and externally, and adjust to a diverse audience, including executives, business owners, operations managers, etc.
