About the Role:
Botrista is seeking an experienced Key Account Director from the food & beverage industry to own strategic relationships with restaurant executives. In this role you will work closely with our partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives within our beverage programs that drive mutually beneficial revenue outcomes.
As Key Account Director you will have the opportunity to craft and propose beverage LTO’s, strategic menu changes, rollout schedules, location expansion efforts, and growth opportunities to our corporate partners. You will also own ongoing partner communications, including weekly touchpoints and quarterly business reviews with c-level executives. This is an individual contributor position that requires a high level of seniority within the Account Management function.
In addition to executive-level relationships, being “in-touch” at the location level is critical; you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Visit and own relationships with influencer franchisees and regional directors to build a network of positive references and solid understanding of ground-level feedback
- Work closely with regional Account Management Leads and Account Managers who will support your initiatives at the stores with local champions and decision makers.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value to restaurant partners.
- Set ambitious goals, develop action plans, and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Willingness to travel (40%) to visit restaurant locations, meet with partners, and attend industry events as needed.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities while on the road.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Candidates must reside in one of the following metropolitan areas: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, NYC, NY or Orlando, FL.
- 7+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a key account management or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape. Beverage experience is an asset.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with restaurant executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners
- Ability to manage and execute on joint goals at 5-8 of Botrista’s top corporate accounts
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations to C-level executives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic beverage programs aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in crafting and proposing Limited Time Offers (LTOs), menu changes, incentives, and other levers to drive revenue growth.
- Achieved or exceeded revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in previous roles.
- Proficiency in creating rollout schedules for new initiatives and supporting location expansion efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $160,000 per year
