Full Job Description

We are currently hiring an IT Support Engineer in our IT Department. This position will assist our IT Network and Systems Managers with network, file system, active directory, and other IT tasks for our 30+ office locations throughout the USA and Madrid, Spain.

The IT Department at LaBella provides network, hardware, software, and overall IT and Design Tech services to the entire LaBella organization, including all LaBella companies.

Successful candidates shall be trustworthy, have a positive attitude, and be self- motivated with the willingness to learn and continue building their knowledge.

Duties

  • Provide assistance with day-to-day management of corporate IT systems.
  • Interact with End User Support team to assist users and technical committees with their technology needs.
  • Function as an escalation engineer for End User Support Team.
  • Assist with automating manual, repetitive tasks
  • Contribute to organizational IT policies.
  • Assist Implementation and coordination of systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems, in compliance with LaBella security protocols
  • Identify inefficiencies in established processes; suggest alternatives
  • Audit systems and assess their success, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Ensure that all systems and IT-related projects are managed in a fiscally responsible manner

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience with recent experience in mid-level support of Active Directory, NTFS file security, backup, MS 365 and other business enterprise systems preferred
  • Experience with DHCP, DNS, Wireless, VPN, VLANs and remote site connectivity.
  • Strong scripting skills – PowerShell and Python desirable
  • Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
  • Autodesk and Deltek platform experience desirable
  • Experience with ManageEngine platform desirable
  • Experience with VoIP telephony systems desirable
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and document complex systems
  • Strong knowledge of technical and data management and governance, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
