Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic compensation strategy that aligns with WerQ AI's goals and values.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary and incentive offerings.
- Oversee the design and implementation of compensation structures, policies, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create salary ranges and pay grades that are equitable and transparent.
- Manage the annual compensation review process and provide recommendations for adjustments and increases.
- Lead the development of incentive plans that drive performance and align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in compensation practices.
- Monitor compensation trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive and attractive to top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or certification in compensation management is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, incentive plans, and benchmarking practices.
- Proven analytical skills and experience with compensation analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to compensation and benefits.
