Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights.
- Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
- Serve food and beverages to passengers in a friendly manner.
- Assist passengers with their inquiries and respond to their needs.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
- Ensure the cabin is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills in at least one native language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo training and certification programs.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid passport.
