What We Offer:

• Position: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package

Your Role:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, fostering holistic health.
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about effective health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records utilizing the Athena EHR system.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
