The Role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) with 7+ years of experience to support our executive team. This role requires someone who thrives in a startup environment and ability to multitask.

As an EA, you will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth operations across calendar management, meetings, administrative support, office management, travel coordination, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling for executive leadership.
  • Administrative & Office Management: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including email correspondence, document preparation, and workflow optimization.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel, ensuring detailed itineraries and last-minute changes are handled efficiently.
  • Event Planning: Organize team offsites, retreats, and company-wide events.
  • Office Management: Manage office needs
  • Project & Task Execution: Act as a proactive problem-solver, managing multiple priorities and addressing urgent requests.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite
  • High-stakes startup experience: You understand the demands of a high-growth company and can work long hours and be available as needed.
  • Flawless organizational skills: Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and executive requests efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving: Anticipates needs before they arise and finds creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills: Can interact professionally with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy & resourceful: Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and project management software.
  • Discretion & professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity
  • In-Office: 4 to 5 days a week (depending on need)
  • Pay Range: $90K to 120K
