Laxxon Medical, a leading pharmatechnology company, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals, in alignment with Laxxon's overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a world-class sales organization, including sales executives and account managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations, leveraging your industry network and expertise.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Laxxon's product and their unique value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Growth: Drive the expansion of Laxxon's customer base by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
  • Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the sales team, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and materials that support sales efforts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Prior experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is highly desired
  • Masters Degree is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, as well as market dynamics
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and metrics
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results
