Full Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
