Compounder- 1st shift

Parallel Employment is looking for a Compounder to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for blending and preparing materials for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and has a keen understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to established formulas
• Operate various compounding equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Document batch production in compliance with company standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in manufacturing or compounding preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
