What to expect as a KTP Pre-Weigher?

• Pre-measure and weigh liquids and powders used in the Manufacture of batches for liquid fill lines per batch records and in specific order.
• Verify your pre-weighed materials and ingredients.
• Ues tare weights, log your work, and then stage it on pallets.
• Use scales and thermometers in auditing batches and read pick-lists.
• Ensure product and process effectiveness and purity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Operate forklifts to move raw ingredients and finish product safely.
