Client Success Manager

Datamaran is a dynamic and fast-growing company that provides innovative software solutions for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. We are looking for a talented and passionate Client Success Manager to join our team and help our clients succeed in their ESG journey.

About the role:

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey, from onboarding to renewal. Your role will involve guiding clients in leveraging our platform to meet their goals, providing personalized support, conducting regular check-ins, and collaborating on expansion opportunities. You will work closely with our Implementation & Training team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate and trusted advisor
  • Guide clients in leveraging our platform to achieve their ESG goals
  • Provide personalized support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize upsell opportunities and address client needs
  • Project manage the client onboarding process in collaboration with the Implementation & Training team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or a similar role in a SaaS company
  • Experience in ESG or a fast-growing tech company a must
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Technical skills required to effectively support clients in using our software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
