Aura Intelligence offers an exciting opportunity for a Client Success rockstar to accelerate the growth of an innovative alt-data tech startup. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Client Success Manager who understands the nuances of the consulting and financial services industries to make our ambitious goals for 2024, 2025 and beyond a reality.

Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Aura's footprint in the US market as a true "farmer". You'll be responsible managing and growing existing accounts (no lead generation). You should be able to develop a deep understanding of your customers and the challenges that they face.
With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, we are committed to driving growth and success for our clients through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate has worked with clients in management consulting and financial services (especially private equity) and has experience with value-based selling. We expect you to create opportunities within your assigned clients, identify new adoption areas, and become expert in our tools and corporate messaging.
Responsibilities
- Drive client development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by getting clients to further adopt Aura throughout their organization.
- Proactively farm existing clients (assigned) for new opportunities
- Execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within your accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales, selling solutions valued at $24k-$100k ARR
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or Alt-Data solutions to management consulting firms or private equity funds
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment
- Strong understanding of the management consulting or private equity industries, including key players and the challenges firms in this space face
- Experience using and maintaining HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline and outbound activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work remotely
