QSAC is a reputable accounting firm that specializes in providing high-quality financial services to businesses and individuals. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to the accounting staff.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the accounting team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the accounting team
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases to track financial information
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
