Full Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of OnlyFans creators. Your role is to manage relationships, provide strategic guidance, and ensure that our clients achieve their growth and revenue goals. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop tailored marketing strategies for clients to help grow their fan base, increase engagement, and boost earnings on OnlyFans.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing campaigns (social media, influencer partnerships, promotional events) and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Content Scheduling: Work with creators to manage content calendars, helping them organize and plan content for optimal performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor client performance on OnlyFans and other platforms, provide regular reporting, and suggest optimizations to improve growth and revenue.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with social media managers, content creators, designers, and other departments to implement strategies and improve results.
  • Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • New Opportunities: Identify and pitch new marketing opportunities, content ideas, and collaborations that can further enhance the client’s brand and presence.
  • Brand Building: Help creators develop and refine their personal brand, ensuring that it aligns with their audience and growth goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (preferably in the entertainment, social media, or influencer marketing industries).
  • Knowledge of OnlyFans: Understanding of the OnlyFans platform and its ecosystem is a plus, including content strategies and fan engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Marketing Expertise: Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and influencer outreach strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with content creators, influencers, or in the adult entertainment space.
  • Familiarity with OnlyFans, Patreon, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of online advertising, paid campaigns, and social media growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling software, and CRM systems.
