Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for someone to help us grow our student market share in the US.

As an Account Manager Associate at AMBOSS, you will be at the forefront of impacting healthcare education. You'll build meaningful relationships with medical students to generate leads and coordinate virtual and on-site demonstrations. You'll manage bulk purchases with tailored communication, leveraging strategic thinking and data-driven methods to optimize user and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with dynamic teams including B2B, Marketing, and Clinicians, you'll spearhead unified strategies to capture the US market. This is your opportunity to make a tangible difference in healthcare, revolutionizing medical education and supporting the future generation of healthcare professionals.

You will:

  • Generate (new) leads for the Roadshow Team by fostering relationships with medical students and administrators, conducting email marketing campaigns and desk research
  • Coordinate virtual school visits and on-site demonstrations by converting leads into event organizers
  • Coordinate bulk purchases of AMBOSS, tailoring communication with students to ensure optimal timing and meet their purchase needs
  • Utilize a data-driven and analytical approach to optimize user and revenue growth in your assigned territory
  • Work closely with other teams (such as Marketing, B2B, US Clinician) to establish a unified strategy for capturing the US market

You bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities, adept at navigating complex processes
  • A customer-centric mindset, demonstrating a dedicated effort to cultivate strong relationships 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and change gears quickly without skipping a beat
