As a Senior Recruiter at Our Home, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best candidates to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop creative recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of effectively filling positions with quality candidates
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment sources and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
