Security Officer (Part-Time)/(Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Guard with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Seaside Park, New Jersey location.

• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Available Schedules:
• Open Availability (Over-Night) 9pm - 3am

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Security guard will be a visual deterrent for the property. Guard will conduct periodic checks as people enter and leave the parking lot and beach area throughout the course of their shift to deter any potential issues and protect property. Officers will monitor and survey the area for unauthorized activity such as unauthorized bon fires. Officers will provide hourly log/report and drop off at the Midway Beach Main office immediately after their shift.

• Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
• Making guests aware of rules that must be adhered to
• Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
• Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism

Requirements:

• Must have a security license
• Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.
• Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.
• Must be alert, professional, and reliable.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be professional, mature, and able to stand for long periods of time.
