Order Fulfillment Specialist

• Process orders through EDI and monitor until delivery.
• Manage and monitor KPI's, departmental metrics and ensure all checks and balances are in place.
• Route and schedule the orders for delivery.
• Direct contact for internal and external RMA process.
• Receive, enter, process, and ship mass merchant orders through EDI.
• Work with production and planning teams to monitor order progress.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Prior experience with fulfillment operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including order management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
