Full Job Description

This Human Resources position manages day-to-day operational human resources matters.  This position will design and define company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits, training, policies, while spearheading the human capital needs identified based on the growth and direction of the company. This position shall collaborate with all aspects of the business.  This position will be key in working collaboratively with Legal and Compliance.  Diamond is a leading private wireless infrastructure company with offices throughout the U.S., with their main offices in Delray Beach FL and Springfield NJ. This position will be located in the Springfield NJ office.

  • Assist in the design and lead the development and successful implementation of human resources policies, programs, and systems across the company.
  • Make recommendations and implements human resources data management, reporting, benefits administration, talent acquisition, talent management and all other applicable human resources functionalities.
  • Assists with negotiating and defining all aspects of benefits administration, including preparation for, roll out and oversight of, and follow up on, all aspects of open enrollment.
  • Recommends human capital needs to drive talent acquisition activities, including use and optimization of the applicant tracking system, sourcing and recruitment of candidates, and all onboarding and transfer activities.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing and monitoring company policies including the company handbook.
  • Main point of contact to address and resolve internal employee relations investigations as identified,  ensuring appropriate response and follow through for resolution while mitigating risk and liability.
  • Defines and determines human resources compliance requirements, ensuring accurate human resources notifications, document transmissions, employment law compliance, etc.
  • Monitors employee inquiries and needs to ensure all inquiries are addressed timely and accurately.
  • Drafts and deploys employee communications.
  • Leads the team in support of the performance of  day to day human resources administrative duties.
  • Participates in other projects as assigned, utilizing project management best practice tools to ensure success.

This role currently does not have any  direct reports.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of human resources leadership experience is required.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products is required.
  • Experience and success in collaborating across multiple functions (Divisional leaders/Finance/IT) is required.
  • Experience and success with innovating in a fast-growing work environment and dealing with ambiguity is required.
  • Training and proven successful experience utilizing project management principles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to develop relationships and collaborate in a decentralized organization.
  • Confident, independent thinker and strong decision-making ability when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Exudes professionalism in presentation
