Field Service Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician. in Cinnaminson, NJ. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for conducting equipment assembly, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, and providing technical support to customers. The role requires as-needed travel to customer sites to install and commission equipment, as well as to provide training and support. The Field Service Technician will also collaborate with staff to support machinery build and integration projects when not supporting equipment in the field.

• Strong technical skills in automation systems and machinery
• Experience with electromechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to provide technical support and training to customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a not mandatory but beneficial
