Full Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Own planning & reporting solutions and have responsibility for data accuracy
· Assist in building complex models to support analysis and in-depth look at financial drivers
· Assist in coordination and consolidation of budgets / forecasts globally
· Manage day-to-day system support to FP&A team as an Oracle business administrator
· Partner with IT, Accounting, HR and Business groups to drive enhancements and improve
· data infrastructure
· Support Corporate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
· Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for Leadership describing results to date,
· forward projections compared to budget and commentary around noticeable trends
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations for leadership
· Special projects as required
· Domestic Travel 10%
Qualifications/Characteristics:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of FP&A/ Accounting experience
· CPA strongly preferred
· MBA and/or CMA a plus
· Manufacturing background with knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, budgeting and financial analysis
· Functional knowledge of SAP; S4 Hana experience a plus
· Functional knowledge of Oracle Planning/Budgeting and Consolidation tools
· Ability to work with multiple data sources
· Experience with financial modeling
· Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong financial analysis
· Good business acumen
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Pivot Tables and functions within Excel
· Flexible mindset and ability to work independently
