- This role is based on-site in Hudson, New Hampshire, in our new facility located just off Lowell Road

Your Objective
You ensure the integrity of Life is Good brand products by creating, sharing, and using comprehensive testing protocols. Working with product development teams, third-party Life is Good labs, agents, and factories, you ensure our products meet or exceed regulatory requirements and Life is Good appearance and durability requirements.
YOUR JOB:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor testing for all products including apparel and accessories, and those made from ceramics, metals, paper, rubber, and wood.
- Evaluate and share test reports in pre-production and production stages
- Request needed specimens to review and resolve failures, and follow up as needed with established corrective action plans
- Communicate with third-party laboratories as needed
- Interact with vendors regarding testing and monitor weekly their testing tracking charts
- Elevate all failures for resolution
- Research in-stock issues as needed
- Perform additional duties to support the team
Requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications
- You have an understanding of ASTM, AATCC & other test methods / industry standards for apparel, accessories, and hard-line products
- You have achieved a Superior Color Discrimination score on the Munsell 100 Hue Test
- You have a verifiable understanding of federal and state regulations for apparel and hard lines products for the US and additional countries where Life is Good product is sold
- You have experience working with third-party labs to evaluate test reports and identify corrective action or determine when it is appropriate to waive requirements
- You are comfortable and capable of using Word, Excel, and PLM systems
