Home Delivery Team Members

Trend Moving & Storage is a leading moving and storage company looking to add Home Delivery Team Members to our dedicated team. As a Home Delivery Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their belongings and packages in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

Salary: $150.00 - $200.00 per day

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload furniture and household items from delivery vehicles
• Deliver packages and belongings to customer's homes or specified locations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by dispatch
• Ensure the proper handling and care of delicate or valuable items during transport
• Collect necessary signatures and paperwork from customers upon delivery
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays that may arise during delivery
• Provide a high level of customer service, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in delivery or moving services is preferred but not required
