Do you have experience across multiple disciplines within the application integration field? This role is responsible for connecting our platform to leading application providers including SFDC, ServiceNow, MSFT, VMWare, etc.  Our everchanging environment requires on-the-fly adaptability with strong project management skills that includes managing multiple work plans simultaneously.  You will be required to create and drive relevant projects and will act as a manager and a doer.

Requirements

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure project requirements can be met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary, according to the project work plan.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of project management experience with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and managing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
  • Understanding of wireless carriers like Verizon and AT&T, OEMs like Samsung, Apple, and Zebra, two-tier distribution, VAR/Reseller channels, MDM, and ISV partners, is a plus.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. The optimal candidate is able to commute to Manchester, NH.
