Las Vegas Petroleum is a rapidly growing operator of travel centers, consisting of gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants. With 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area, and the ability to purchase unbranded fuel through partnerships with Phillips 66, Gulf, Sunoco, 76, and Conoco, we supply over one million gallons of fuel per month to 32 locations. We are expanding across the country, and building out our corporate team to support this growth, ensuring low prices and high service at all of our locations. As we continue our national expansion, we are looking for dedicated team members to support our corporate operations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Las Vegas corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. As the face of the company, the Receptionist will ensure that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist in preparing for meetings.
- Handle inquiries from staff, clients, and vendors with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

- Proficiency with phone systems, office equipment, and basic computer software (e.g., MS Office).
