Entry Level Service Technician - RideNow Powersports Rancho

RideNow Powersports on Rancho, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a Entry Level Service Technician to our Las Vegas location! Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on Motorcycles, UTV's, ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Jet Skis, etc
• Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time whenever possible
• Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible
• Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specifications
• Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction
• Notify Service Writer/Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of the delay
• Maintain a clear driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement and an acceptable driving record and be able to test drive customer units

Requirements

• MMI Graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred
• Own a set of comprehensive tools
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual
