Dental Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

SALT Dental Collective is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
• Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Collecting and processing patient payments and insurance information
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information

We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. A background in medical or dental office administration is preferred.

Dental Office: Brewer Dental Center, Billings, MT

• We offer flexible work schedules. 4-10 hour shifts, or 5-8 hours shifts.

Pay Rate: $18-$24/hr

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 6 months prior experience in a dental office setting
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of insurance billing and verification processes
• Experience with patient scheduling and managing appointments
