Full Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees that fit the need and culture of the business. By collaborating with hiring managers, business leaders and stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively identify future hiring needs, while utilizing social media networks, employee referrals and a strong talent pipeline to hire and retain quality team members.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop and update job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with hiring teams.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics for reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future construction projects.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and project leaders to deliver high-quality candidates that meet project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Five plus years of experience as a recruiter within the heavy industrial construction industry or closely related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Final offers may vary based on multiple factors, including; education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting.
The base pay range for this Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sr is $75,000 - $85,000.
