About Us:

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to offering a wide selection of RVs, an excellent service department, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly energetic, focused Service Manager-

  • NET commission
  • $150K + earning potential
  • Up to $5,000 sign on bonus
  • Up to $5,000 relocation reimbursement for out of state candidates. 
  • Motility Experience a plus
  • Dealership Experience a requirement. 
  • RV Service Management not 100% a requirement but would put any candidate at the top of the list. 
  • Wants to work to grow a department and be rewarded for their success.

Responsibilities:

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Service department. The primary duties will include:

·       Overseeing all service operations, including scheduling, repair, and maintenance of RVs.

·       Managing a team of service technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

·       Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.

·       Maintaining accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications.

·       Collaborating with the sales and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

·       Monitoring service department performance metrics and generating reports for senior management.

·       Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

·       All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar managerial role within the automotive or RV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • RVIA/RVDA certifications - preferred
