Full Job Description

The Sales Enablement Manager will handle the development and management of sales support initiatives at Rankings.io. This role focuses on providing tools, resources, training, and content to help the sales team sell more effectively. The manager will report to the Director of Revenue Operations but will work closely with the sales leadership team to achieve goals. Rankings.io offers comprehensive SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding - Run and coordinate new sales hires. Working with Rev Ops to maintain and refresh the onboarding material. Typically 1 new hire a month. The goal is to ensure new hires understand the systems, role expectations, offering, buying persona and soft skills needed to be successful in their role. 
  • Content Creation & Management - Create sales collateral to aid in the sales process. This can range from 1-pagers, email collateral, sequence copy, battlecards etc. You will also manage the library of current collateral and important sales documents to ensure everything is up to date and relevant. 
  • Tool Support - You will be a primary resource in the core sales technologies used, namely Hubspot, Apollo and Storydoc. As new features are rolled out you will facilitate training and adoption of current and new tools. 
  • Continued Learning - You will help create a certification curriculum for sales reps to level up their sales and SEO skills and knowledge. You’ll work with ops and other departments to ensure all relevant content is baked into the certifications. 
  • Coaching - You will hold weekly game film sales coaching sessions to review AE and BDR calls. You will help guide reps on adopting best practices and prove sales strategies. You’ll reinforce current and new sales initiatives in group training sessions.
  • List Building - You’ll work inside Apollo to distribute leads, accounts and coordinate territory patches with sales leadership. You’ll work with RevOps and sales leadership to import and distribute targeted lists of leads for outbound roles.
  • Special Projects - You’ll work directly with sales leadership to deliver a wide range of deliverables. This can include reports, process intel, project scoping, and other initiatives that can help aid in removing friction of sales and sales management. 

Requirements

    • Required experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
    • Data driven while being technologically-savvy, they will need to possess strong project management skills with a deep knowledge of the buyer's journey
    • Exceptional communication skills while being an agile innovator, this individual will need to take a collaborative approach while demonstrating strong time management skills 
    • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
    • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
    • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
    • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
    • Track record of achieving sales quotas
